By accessing or using Edgerra ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Edgerra is a non-custodial marketplace. We do not store, hold, or control any user funds or private keys. All wallet interactions are signed client-side by the user. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet credentials.
Edges, signals, strategies, and alerts published on Edgerra are user-generated content. They do not constitute financial advice. Edgerra makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, profitability, or reliability of any user-created content. Trading in prediction markets involves significant risk of loss.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.
Creators who publish edges and receive subscriptions are eligible for payouts via Stripe Connect. Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds and platform processing schedules. Edgerra reserves the right to adjust payout terms with reasonable notice.
You may not use the Platform to: (a) distribute malware or harmful code; (b) engage in market manipulation; (c) impersonate other users; (d) violate any applicable law or regulation.
Edgerra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgerra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
