We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, username), connecting a Stripe account for payouts, and when using Platform features. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
Edgerra does not store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. Wallet addresses used for identification are stored only to associate your account with on-chain activity. We never have access to your funds.
We use your information to: operate and improve the Platform, process creator payouts via Stripe, send important account notifications, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some data may be retained for legal or audit purposes.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and httpOnly session cookies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
